Wow! New School Record! Congratulations to all the top typists from each class who fought for the title of Top Typist in the computer room today.
The winner had an amazing net speed of 36 words-per-minute!! A new school record! Beating last year’s record of 31wpm (Kayleigh Perkins).
Who was it? Teigan Walsh in 6th class. Second place went to Joe Okewumi (6th class) with 28wpm, 3rd place to Kyle Shorten (3rd class!) with 22wpm.
Who will win next year? It could be you. Especially if you spend a little time each day practising on www.typingweb.com But you will have to beat Megan McGrath in 5th class (28wpm) and Leah Sanusi in 4th class (17wpm).
