Congratulations to everyone — you — for taking part in the top ten-finger typist competition.
A 4th class child came 3rd — Lennon Berigan, with 24 words per minute (with a page covering his fingers so he could not look down, like everyone in the type-off).
A 5th class child came 2nd — Kadie Johnson, with 33 words per minute.
And a 6th class child came 1st — congrats to Adam Kenny, with a whopping 54 words per minute. A magnificent effort.
I asked him how he does it? His answer: “Practice.”
Go and do the lessons on typing.com (log in for free). Enjoy!
