Pepper And The Giant Banana

It was a random Saturday morning and Pepper the bunny had just awoken from her peaceful slumber. She proudly trotted out of her some-what comfy green and plastic house. She sneakily peered around the corner, expecting to see a bowl full of delicious food but tragically… IT WAS EMPTY! 

 

About 10 minutes later, Danielle walked in. “HELLO PEPPER!!!” she squealed. Pepper would ask her for food if she could talk, she can really only stand there looking adorable. Danielle put her hand in the bunny food bag. She crunched it, squashed it, crumpled it and then finally she sighed. “MAM! THERE’S NO FOOD FOR PEPPER LEFT!” she called to upstairs. “ALRIGHT! WE’LL GO TO THE PET SHOP LATER!” called Mam.

 

Time passed it felt like years since Danielle and her Mam left to go to the pet shop. (It had only been 20 minutes) Pepper’s stomach was rumbling like an earthquake. She noticed that Danielle thankfully forgot to lock Pepper’s cage, as usual. She simply just pushed it and it opened. She jumped out of the cage.

 

She jumped over the highest countertops, squished through the smallest spaces and ran the longest 21 cm of her life. Suddenly there was a big bang! A banana quickly and gracefully fell from the counter. Pepper glanced at it for about 15 seconds, then dived towards it and went to take a bite…the banana grew larger, and larger, AND LARGER! Then finally the banana was GIANT! Pepper stood back and a devastated frown of terror crept over her face.

 

The devious banana squashed the delicious food, pushed over the bin, bit holes out of the wall and wrecked the furniture.

Pepper sat there not knowing what to do. After all she needed to go to the “Secret Easter Bunny Society” to make some eggs for Easter, and she CAN’T be late! Suddenly she realised she trained as a bunny ninja at the “Secret Easter Bunny Society”! She gracefully leapt into the air and karate kicked the giant banana’s face! The devious banana dropped dead onto the ground and Pepper tiredly and proudly dragged it into the bin.

 

Then Pepper smiled adorably and then looked at her bunny watch, it was 5 past 12. Suddenly her smile turned into a frown and realised she was running late! She sprinted as fast as she could into the shiny, polished kitchen press. (The Secret Easter Bunny Society Head Quarters)

 

“We have been expecting you, Agent Pepper” said Easter Bunny mysteriously. Pepper nodded her head. (Danielle and her Mam don’t know this is what happens when they are gone)  “Did you bring the paint?” said Easter Bunny 12 quickly. “What… paint?” asked Easter Bunny 4 confused. “I always thought that was chocolate!” scowled Easter Bunny 6. “No, it’s brown paint!” laughed Easter Bunny 51.

 

Suddenly there was an extremely strange noise. A giant, dead, zombie banana crawled into the press. (The Secret Easter Bunny Society) Pepper karate chopped his head off.
