We recently had some scientists from Maynooth University visit our school to do the Cell Explorers experiments. The children in Ms. Ryan’s and Mr. Mulhern’s classes learned all about cells and DNA and even extracted DNA from bananas. Thank you to the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) team from Maynooth University for coming to help us learn all about cells. We really enjoyed it!
