This is a shared report/news article we wrote as a class on recycling old shoe boxes:
Mr Byrne’s class have been collecting old shoe boxes lately. This is to reuse and recycle old stuff that would have been thrown out.
We used shoe boxes, fabric, tinsel, scissors, glue and various coloured paper. Our aim was to create a mini-winter wonderland using the old boxes. We designed our pieces first, then created them over 3 weeks.
Reusing old stuff can be fun – you should try it yourself sometime!
