Monday was a great day here in Talbot SNS as we celebrated the hoisting of our very first Amber Flag! Fourth classes headed outside in the afternoon to raise our flag and celebrate the amazing work we have done this year to support a positive mental health in our school. All classes then received a nice treat in the afternoon curtesy of our Parents Association to celebrate their great achievement.
The Amber Flag is awarded by Pieta House in recognition of the great efforts we are making in our school to support children’s mental health and wellbeing.
