FAI Primary Schools Boys Futsal Blitz

Today the 4th class boys took part in the FAI Futsal Competition in Clondalkin Leisure Centre.

After having 30 boys from 4th class training over the past 3 weeks, we could only bring 8 boys. Well done to all for training and keep playing football outside and with the clubs in the Clondalkin area.

The 8 boys who represented the school played fantastically well and in the end won the Futsal competition by winning all 3 matches. They won 3-2 in the first game, 4-0 in the second game and 9 – 4 in the final match.

Team: Ryan Raileanu, Oliver Smykla, Adam Sheridan,  Cillian Graham – 2 goals, Corey Mulhall – captain and 1 goal, Stephen Brannigan – 1 goal, Kasper Taras – 5 goals and Alex Snow – competition top scorer with 7 goals.
