 For those of you that are homeschooling again over the coming weeks, this may be useful for you to know about that you can access the Internet via these pathways in case you may need your laptop or desktop for yourself. 

PS4

  1. Turn on PS4
  2. You must be signed into PlayStation Network (PSN) to use the internet
  3. Use your controller to scroll to the pre installed internet browser (Blue link www… start)
  4. Click on Internet browser using the X button
  5. Go to the search bar and type in Seesaw – using the control buttons to scroll across
  6. Click the first link
  7. Click on log in
  8. Log in using your student log in and password

X Box

  1. Go to Home Menu
  2. Select My Games and Apps
  3. Scroll down to Apps
  4. Go to Microsoft Edge Application
  5. Type in a search for SeeSaw
  6. Select log in
  7. You will need to log in using your user name and password

School Lunch Provision January 2021

 

School Lunch Provision.

 

Dear Parents/Guardians 

As we have done in the last lock down, the school are offering support to families of pupils who may be in need or who have found themselves in difficult circumstances during this crisis.

We are working with Glanmore Foods who will deliver a one off delivery to each household. This will consist of 2 weeks of non perishables,(*pasta, rice etc) and 1 week of perishable goods (*bread, fruit, etc) to your address. If you want to avail of this service please email the school on talbotlunches@gmail.com with your child/ children’s names. We will be in touch with you regarding delivery time. This delivery will be one time drop off.

Email talbotlunches@gmail.com by Monday January 11th 11am.  For practical reasons we will not be able to handle requests after this as orders have to be processed.

Remote Learning

Dear Parents/Guardians, 

As Talbot SNS is a mainstream school, our school building will be closed as per government guidelines. We will begin remote teaching and learning for all pupils from Monday the 11th of January using the digital platform Seesaw. The seesaw app can be downloaded here. Class teachers and SEN teachers will be in touch on Monday.
