Computer Science Club for 4th and 5th class

A Computer Science club will be starting on Monday 16th April for 4th and 5th class pupils. Children will create and complete coding tasks and activities using Scratch in the school computer room.  Mr Bannon and Mr Byrne are organising the club and look forward to meeting all our future computer scientists!  

Engineers Week 2018

Mr. Bannon’s and Ms. Skelly’s classes travelled to Red Rua Exhibition Centre in Tallaght for an engineering workshop by students from IT Tallaght and local engineering businesses, like Xilinx. There were lots of experiments and demonstrations and the pupils had great fun learning all about engineering.   

Coding in 4th, 5th and 6th Class

All of our 4th, 5th and 6th classes participated in a coding session with Microsoft Ireland volunteers last Thursday. Ten sessions in total took place with amazing volunteers guiding our students. 3D shapes in 4th Class
