Kathryn Poxon did four ‘Doctor Bike’ workshops on Monday. Basic maintainance of bikes and how to fix a puncture were her themes. The children who participated enjoyed the experience.

Easter Raffle Winners
Well done to Kelly and Aoife who won the Easter hampers!!
Two eggs were raffled in every class as well – which meant we had a total of 28 winners!!!
Thank you to the Parents Association who bought all the eggs!

Intel Girls Book Club!
Yesterday saw the launch of our girls book club. Intel are sponsoring the club. Yesterday, Lisa, Denise and Enda from Intel came to the school with lots of different types of food for the girls to try. All of the food was from different countries to represent the countries that the girls will be reading about in the books chosen for the book club. 10X10 is the name of the charity that has been set up to encourage girls to get educated.
